Can you believe it is almost February? The month of January seemed to fly by, in my opinion. I did not accomplish all that I set out to accomplish at the beginning of the month. To be totally honest, the reason is that I have not been very focused.
I got off to a good start, but seemed to lose my motivation only a couple of weeks in. I was juggling too many things and wound up getting sidetracked, which in turn caused me to lose all motivation completely.
Even though I didn’t accomplish all of my goals for January, I didn’t beat myself up about it. I am re-focused and intent on reaching each goal that I’ve set for the month of February. Here are my goals for the month:
Read one book.
Eat more vegetables.
Move (exercise) more.
Go to bed on time.
Plan content for February and March.
Be more active on social media.
Interact with other bloggers.
